- From job seekers who apply: legal name, email, phone, city and state, LinkedIn profile URL, primary specialization, years of experience, your resume, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- From clients and partners who contact us: name, company, work email, phone, the type of organization, what you need, role or project details, location, number of positions, and any job description you attach.
- From anyone who uses the contact form: name, email, phone and your message.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools. You can decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, immigration documents or bank details through this website. If we need them later for onboarding, we collect them through a secure process, not this site.
How we use your information
- To review applications, contact you, and hold a discovery call.
- To represent job seekers to clients and vendors for specific opportunities.
- To respond to client requirements and supplier requests.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.

When we share it
- With clients and vendors, only with your consent: we share a job seeker's resume and profile for a specific opportunity only after confirming it with that job seeker.
- With service providers who host this website, deliver email and support our operations, under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep application and inquiry information for as long as needed for the purposes above, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@agilesquadinc.com. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will respond to requests as applicable law requires.
Security

Children
